The brief
Spark Phase Construction builds residential and commercial projects. Construction is won on reputation and proof, so the work here was a social presence built around finished projects rather than around the company.
The challenge
Construction content is difficult to sustain. Projects take months, so there is nothing new to show for long stretches, and the temptation is to fill the gap with stock imagery and generic posts that damage the credibility the account exists to build. Sites are also hard to photograph well mid-build, and a half-finished project shown badly reads as poor workmanship rather than as work in progress.
The result
A posting rhythm built around real project stages rather than around a content calendar, so the account stays active without resorting to filler — and each finished project produces material that keeps working long after handover.
