Questions people ask
How long does a website take?
A focused brochure site takes two to three weeks. eCommerce or a custom application takes four to eight. The honest variable is how quickly content and approvals come back from your side.
WordPress or custom — which do I need?
If your site is mostly pages and a blog, WordPress is right. If your business has a workflow no plugin handles, custom is cheaper over three years than fighting plugins. We will tell you which you are.
Do you provide hosting?
We can set up and manage hosting on your own account, so the bill and the control stay with you. We do not resell hosting at a markup.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. Every site ships with an admin panel and a training session. If you would rather we maintain it, we offer that separately.
What about the content and photos?
We write structure and SEO copy as part of the build. Photography is quoted separately, and we can shoot it or art-direct it.
Can you rebuild my existing site without losing SEO?
Yes, and this matters. We map every old URL to its new equivalent with 301 redirects so rankings carry over. Skipping this is how most rebuilds lose traffic.
Do you build CRMs?
Yes, and it is a growing part of what we do. A CRM built around how you actually sell beats a generic subscription tool you have to bend your process around.
